Round Table Pizza - Quality of Pizza today at Rohnert Park, CA location

I ordered a lightly cooked large "PAN" crust pizza today. I got a thin Brooklyn style pizza with a bloated burnt crust that was mostly air (like a balloon). I questioned the young black female at the counter and what I got back was "attitude" and a dumb answer that "we don't make pan crust pizza". When it's clearly on your menu! I'm done.

Desired outcome: Get serious about providing what you clearly advertise on your own menu and train your staff what's actually on the menu! Higher staff without attitude and who don't give stupid answers to customers.
