Round Table Pizza - Using a call center to answer calls

I called to order a pizza last night and realized I was calling a call center in a different country! A call center to order a Pizza from my local pizza parlor.
I have to say I am very disappointed that Round table would resort to using a call center. I couldn't even get the pizza I wanted because he didn't know what a deep dish pizza was. Round Table was always our go to but I'm rethinking that now.
