I arrived at the drive-through and there was no one inside the restaurant. I saw two women outside the restaurant smoking and on their phones. There were no employees inside the restaurant so I drove around and asked the women when The drive-through would be open. They said their break would be over in 10 minutes. She also said that they were short staffed. I returned it to the drive-through and they took my order. I ordered a grilled chicken sandwich and three kids meals. when I got home I realized they gave me a crispy chicken sandwich with bacon which I could not eat. I called customer service number twice and made a verbal complaint but never got an answer from management nor did I receive any compensation.
