Albertsons - poor customer service

Today April 11, 2019 at 7:30 PM. My husband and I had a HORRIBLE experience at an Albertson Store in Gardena, CA. The main issue we had was with a manager called Nick Casas(bald head, skinny dude with pimples) we had a question about our Monopoly tickets because we believed we didn't get the correct amount and also we were questioning why we got ** tickets when we had bonus tickets items. Well as we were voicing our question and just trying to figure out if this was a correct amount or what happened Nick completely blew it off and acted as if we were just trying to "get over" on tickets or as if we were broke because we bought items that were on sale and also happened to be bonus items tickets, we told him we would go back and return our items because of how he was treating us very disrespectful and rude, that is not how a manager on duty should treat customers. When we came back into the store to return our items Nick was very disrespectful and asking for our monopoly tickets before he did a return and told us he would not give us cash back for our items purchased and that he was going to give us a gift card, we also let him know we didn't want a gift card because we would not be returning back to this store because of how unprofessional he is and how disrespectful and rude he is and this store has made him a "manager" a "manager" doesn't talk to customers disrespectful or make them feel like they are "broke" because they bought items on sale that happened to be bonus ticket items. Nick repeatedly during our transaction was walking away and about ** minutes in before he even started to do the refund he kept walking away and taking him time out of retaliation that we were returning these items because he was being very disrespectful. Nick also kept laughing in our faces while we were expressing how disappointing it was that we had to return our groceries because of how poorly this so called manager Nick wants to treat customers. We waited almost one HOUR for our return to be done while he was leaving the register MULTIPLE times and also locking himself in a room next to the customer service desk and not coming out and expressed that he will not give us cash back and only a gift card he's basically holding us hostage here for over an hour and a half and not giving us our money back and also not even issuing us a gift card. It is a week day to be even more specific Wednesday night and Nick Casas will not issue us our money back for our return we asked for this return to be done at 7:30 PM and it is now 9:30 PM and we still have no money at all both me and my husband have work tomorrow morning and have to up at 6:30 AM and here we are sitting in a grocery store at 9:30 PM no dinner and have to still go home with no groceries to attempt to make a dinner with and still get ready for the day the next morning. I WILL NOT be returning to this store because of this manager named Nick Casas and if he is still considered a "manager" after holding someone hostage for over an hour and a half is beyond ridiculous and whoever made him a manager should be seriously embarrassed that this is someone who is running this store when the store manager is not there or around. If interested we have video taken from the start of the return to us waiting for our money*gift card to be issued to us. We are now leaving this store at 9:45 PM with a gift card and still no groceries to make dinner tonight. I hope this complaint is taken seriously and something does get done about this guy being a manager of a huge store like this, like I said I PERSONALLY WILL NOT be back to this store ever again.
