I placed online order a week prior to Thanksgiving day 11/20/2020 to the Boston market Downey store # 1551 I ordered Holiday Deluxe Chicken Buffett individual plate 2 orders, Holiday premium roasted turkey buffet for 10 people, and a boneless ham totaling $235.92 which I am requesting a full refund, I was called by store manager Patricia at 3pm and was asked to go pick up my order 4 hours earlier than my scheduled time at 7pm because they were closing early and to my surprise I arrived and there's many angry customers waiting outside the premises complaining about their order I called the phone number store manager called me from and asked what's going on and mentioned I do expect my order completed when it's my turn to the counter I waited 3-4 long hours outside the order was no completed was given half a chicken, no dinner rolls, half the tray of vegetables, no ham, no mashed potatoes or gravy was given half tray of red potatoes, half tray of sliced turkey. I went back to the Boston market to ask for the manager to request a full refund and she didn't come out to give any explanations or to resolve the issue and had store employees tell me to go back tomorrow for the refund. The store employee also had an attitude saying everything was there I was opening the trays so she can see otherwise she asked me to return for tomorrow for a refund so I did and Patricia said couldn't do anything for me to contact corporate with my issue I was so disappointed with the customer service and the way she handled the situation I email Boston market about 2-3 times no response going for 5 months now with no resolution.
