Panda Express - Teriyaki chicken

I have been ordering your food for several decades now and today when I picked up my order there were several issues. I ordered online like I often do, and my order number was: [protected] from the Peoria location at 83rd Ave and Lake Pleasant Rd in Arizona.

1. Earlier today, I had ordered 5 bigger plates, 4 of which had teriyaki chicken, except for one, they did not even put it in (which I didn't discover until I got home). So I had to go back to get that and I asked why there was no teriyaki sauce included with my 4 orders. of TERIYAKI chicken I was told that Corporate had a new policy to not put sauces in unless the customer asked for them. THIS IS THE STUPIDEST THING I HAVE EVER HEARD! If I didn't want TERIYAKI chicken, I wouldn't have ordered it. It comes WITH the chicken. It is NOT an add on sauce! Besides that, it was not listed in the sauce section that has boxes to check to add. BECAUSE IT IS NOT AN ADD ON! They said some people don't want the sauce. Well, it comes in a packet...they don't have to put it on. OR, they can be the ones to decline it in the special instructions section online.

2. When I tried to call the store to tell them that they forgot to put one of my orders in, I had to call 5 or 6 times before anyone ever answered the phone. When I got there, I mentioned that, and the answer I received, was that there was someone who called them all the time and they had put the phone in the other room and forgot about it. Terrible customer service!

3. I recently joined your Reward program and have received several emails but when I tried to use my rewards today, it said they couldn't be used on this order. What good is a reward program if you can't use the points? This is the second time that I have not been able to use a reward or coupon in the past couple of months. Very frustrating.

4. I tried to call the Corporate HQ to report all this and was on hold for over 15 minutes and hung up. Again, terrible customer service.

This whole thing is very frustrating to me because I love your food. But this chain in my opinion is going down hill FAST.

I would appreciate a response and for goodness sake, tell your staff to put TERIYAKI sauce in with orders for TERIYAKI chicken.

Desired outcome: Put TERIYAKI sauce in with every single order of TERIYAKI chicken....because that is what the name of the dish is. Someone needs to call me and explain what is going on with all of this.
