Needed to renew my passport. I entered that in the search term in my browser.
I was directed to US passport Online. Nowhere did they disclose that they are not the US Government.
Because the company was not open in disclosing that it was a service to assist with filling in the application and the fee, Ninety Dollars, was not the renewal fee for a Passport, I now need to pay an additional cost for renewal. They did nothing to justify their fee.
