I recently bought a wig online (£166) and I’ve been scammed. It seems I’m not alone and hundreds of others have likewise been scammed. This is the fraudulent website: https://www.urhair.co.uk
The wig cost £166 and it wasn’t delivered until I sent three emails over the course of 28 days.
When the wig arrived it was damaged, unwearable, soiled.
It came in a broken and recycled box which belonged to a different company, and it came without a receipt.
When I asked to return the wig in exchange for a refund, I was told to take the wig to a hairdresser for repairs. When I refused, I was told to ‘try it a different way’.
This company claims it is based in the U.K., but is based in China.
This company claims to offer refunds, but refuses all refunds.

Is there any way to report or make a formal complaint against this fraudulent operation which claims to be based in the U.K. but which is based in China and Hong Kong?
