I will share something to you all, suppose this july we have bonus but boss said no because target not reach but we not loosing we just not reach the target, but UPECA Aerotech still loosing money because they just setting up the factory they use a lot money. why they get bonus I feel viet. How the management calculate.UPECA is a useless management I haven't seen before. If you are fresh graduate or have exprience cadidate, please consider for the interview only or don't waste your time interview. We are the most senior staff in upeca we seen alot of things. this company don't have more benefit and expectation, company Name and profile is nice but inside I think more worst then goverment sector.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
Most probably this only reflect to Upeca Flowtech (Engineering). Upeca Aerotech in the other hand are doing quite well.
This upeca engineering already change their name to upeca flow tech I think the management though they change the name will confuse public to come for interview. this company supposely already bought by a singapore listed company almost success sell but at last failed why? they found this company is not potential only they don't buy. I will tell you all from the first day management get the result that singapore company not buying, at the same timing we are moving in to the new building and spent so much of money on the renovation to attract the singapore listed company at last not enought cash flow to pay the supplier why this will happen? is because no planning and to confident on the management side. Because our CEO to confident he will sell this company. Now UPECA big boss like no direction mental not stable sometime scolded staff for no reason. UPECA already failed at so many project. How you conclude this company depend on you. I will said that UPECA CEO and management is a loser for everything they do, useless management.
1. buy land failed to build a new factory in bukit puchong. ( not enought money)
2. already failed two time for listed to KLSE.
3. selling the company to singappore listed company failed
