I purchase a lice insurance from UNUM through my employer. When I left I contacted them to continue with the policy. After a nearly hour long call they determined the next steps to allow me to continue with the policy. I was informed that I would be mailed the necessary information to be filled out an instructed to continue paying my monthly premium. 4 Months later I still have noting. I have contacted them 3 times and waited 90 minutes each time to never be spoken to and once time I was hung up on. I just want to discuss what my options are or be refunded the current cash value of the policy I am entitled to.
Desired outcome: I would like a refund of the cash value of my policy and response as to why i was never provided with the information I requested 4 months ago.
