I have also bought a 2 BHK in Unitech 'The Residences' Sector 117 in 2011 and haven't received the possession yet. The EMI is going out every month and there are no updates on construction or responses from the company representatives.
Would recommend we should promote this compliant page and gather all the investors in the property.
We have bought Unitech residences Sector 117 Noida 2bhk apartment before 4 years. Hugh chunk is getting away from bank account every month in the form of EMI but they have not delivered anything till now. I had booked a 3BHK in Residances sec117 in NOV 12 with the commitment to give the possession in 3yr but as per progress it is not sure when the possession will be given while 60% of payment is paid by me nd penalty is also charge by the company for 10days delay payment, on the other hand company representative are saying for the completion of project, in this we are in double problem neither we get flat nd interest is due to pay.
