Unipac Airways review: Scam

I Dimpo Lerato Sithole here to report the unipac airways delivery from UK to South Africa... my friend from UK sends m a gift since it will b my birthday on the 27july, he sends this gift on the 26june 2022 Nd it arrived on the 27 July to Cape town international airport and u was told to pay R890 for my departure clearance and I did pay after a week, then because my parcel had foreign currency inside I have to pay R2,500 for tax fee so I was told and I ask to pay half the rest I will pay once my parcel arrived to me and they agreed then I paid R1,300 first then when it was time for them to deliver they told me that I did not pay same day so that offer doesn't exist anymore and then this week Tuesday I paid the remaining balance of R1,200 the MR Hope Mkabela told me that my parcel has arrived to OR Tambo international airport I should pay for delivery R500 and I paid yesterday now they are giving me excuses when they have to deliver that my delivery payment doesn't wanna reflect so that they can deliver my parcel to my house number so I don't know what to do and where to turn to so that's why I wrote to you to help me with my problem because the way I see it, it like they want this parcel for themselves.
