UniCollege review: Krugersdorp

I have completed a full time travel and tourism course at Unicollege Krugersdorp. The first issue with this college was racism because in my class of 5 pupils, I was the only Indian and after completing my studies I had to submit at the time 2017 sufficient practical working hours. During 2017 it was only asked that we completed 2000 hours of practical experience which we were told can be completed in any company or working environment, which I then completed at a primary school. Later that year I submitted y 2000hours which were signed off and at the time I dealt with a lady who was working there at the time. After which I was even sent graduation letters from the college in 2018, assuming I had now graduated and gotten my diploma the college phoned me to say my hours were never submitted and 2018 they had lost my pervious hours also I was informed then that a new person had come in and the old employee had now left the college so I had to redo my practical hours which was a inconvenience, I was also treated very rudely by employees and told they can't help whatso ever, After this I was also made aware that my college classmates have all received their diplomas even though they worked for telecommunications and admin in companies that were not travel and tourism at all but I was told for me it was a must to get new hours and it had to be in a travel and tourism company or they wouldn't accept it. This was quite racist as others hadn't completed hours in travel and tourism so naturally I was very upset with the College and their racist manner. In 2019 I was called by the college again even though I was trying to get a job I had no luck since I didn't have my diploma so I started Studying Business management with the best campus and employees ever which Was Boston City campus. To date I have studied and even completed my Business Management diploma, with these practical hours as unicollege and Boston offered to help find us jobs only Boston was in complete contact and helped me actually find a job but as Unicollege promised the same there were no results or anything to help with jobs in this matter. But I was confident I needed my tourism diploma as I studied for 3 years and even graduated so therefore I want my certificate. In 2021 I dealt with another new employee now handling this logbook and practical hours procedure and he advised I redo it which I have and I was given till 15 Dec to hand it in completed. Today the 6 December I call Unicollege to advise that I will be coming to bring my logbook in but the lady was so rude and said that this Guy no longer works there and she can't help me any longer, this has been a ongoing thing for 5 years they have changed rules and employees and logbook rules like everyday it seems. Unicollege shouldn't even be a educational institute when it's consistently firing and rehiring employees not to mention how every time we are spoken to in such a rude manner they have no customer services, they are rude, arrogant and very racist to clients. Unicollege is all about money. I have tried to speak and rectify the situation to be done with this College but today I was told that this is not their problem.

Very Upset and Very rude College experience would advise stay away an don't put your time and effort into Unicollege.
