I have submitted my claim on the 21st of Sept and my documents was only captured on the 25th. We are not allowed to submit a document for payment with a date on and this is the reason why. (My point of view). I visited the branch this month for the 4th time and no payment has been received on my side although the ladies in the office are saying that the payment was released already. The systems are forever offline, and they are taking the documents in without giving us a receipt.
They are all rude staff from the security outside when we sign the register to the inside staff. I have emailed the branch Manager Vincent and Nosipho the lady dealing with the submission of the documents and no email reply wrt my complaints. You can even reach them by phone and cost money and time to go and try to follow up. They are not helping at all.

Desired outcome: I need to ask for my payment that is due to me to be paid into my acc asap and then the 97 days owed to me to pay this amount in a single payment to avoid this from happening again.
