The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.

The company offered to advertise on their website for £180 for 12 months. We agreed that i will pay £50 and the rest of the money after 2 months once am satisfied with the services. I gave them permission to take off £50 from the card but i notices after two days they had taken another £50.99. When i contacted them, someone told me that it was an error but tried to convince me to take another product which i told him that i was not interested. He promised to refund back the money but on the day the money was refunded, they called me and told me that my company has been selected for the first page advertising for free in the city of London. The guy told me that it was free and i did not have to pay any extra cost. He told me that he was going to put me through to the billing team and i should just accept whatever he will tell me, that after all i will not have to pay anything. He told me that the free advertising on the first page will be for six months. After accepting, he called me again and told me that he had forgotten to include Ealing. He asked me that he wanted to put me through to the billing team so that he can get my advert running. At that point, i knew that something was wrong and asked him to send me an email explaining what he had promised. He gave excuse that the system was gonna shut down at 5pm that he can send me an email from his personal account. I told him that if he cannot sent it to me, them i wouldn't be interested that he needs to cancel everything. The next day money was taken from the card again and this time it was around £224. When i contacted them, they told me that the call was recorded and they sent me the copy. They only sent me the recording of when the guy put me through to the billing dept not when their sales man was convincing me.
When i contacted them again, they asked me to send them an email that they will look into it. I was very upset and i sent them an email requesting to cancel everything and refund the money back. Thank God, the money was refunded as i told them that i will be taking the matter further.
Please be advised not to use this company as you will regret later.
They will trick you and once you sign the contract they will tell you that you were recorded while taking the contract, but will not record you while their sales person is convincing you.

We had the same problem back in 2012, they proceeded to take £7K out of our bank account, they are complete rip off merchants I have even had customers of theirs ring me to tell me what's happened to them only to find it had already happened to me. My advice is steer well clear!

I have had the same problem but they have taken over £5k from my account without my knowledge, steer clear of them

I have had exactly the same problem! Thank you so much for your comment, as I am at the begining of the road to fight with them. They are trying to charge me over £800 for advert. It seems we were not the only one, who have had stuff missold
