Ufaber is the biggest fraud company. Ufaber people should not judge ones caliber when they don't have their own, if they would have it they could have start their business with their own efficiency / caliber not by doing fraud with people. Their scam starts with their counselors who show you all the possible sugar candies they can by giving fake promises of 100% guaranteed placement and also promise to fill our all the slots with students but once you enroll by paying 25000/- for their stupid and worthless phonics course everything gets change. After informing the counselor about my communication problem (like I am from vernacular medium so I cant speak fluent english, which was my first clarification with counselor ms. Vrushali sonawane) they give you fake commitment of security for placement. For me when I enroll myself I paid 5000/- through online (google pay) and rest made it for emi. During the payment I confirmed with my counselor (vrushali sonawane) thrice about my communication problem as well as student enrollments, she confirmed me that they have ample number of students and my all the slots will get filled with students. She even told me that 1 class will be for 1 hour and you will get 150/- per hour so minimum income will be 15000/- to 20000/- a month so I don't have to worry about my emi also. Now its time for their real fraud, after my enrollment when my phonics training starts I realized it was not a detailed phonics training how my counselor told me at the time of enrollment, it was just a introduction of their so called customized course of phonics. They didnt even supply any kind of study material as per the counselor's promise. When me and my batch mates escalate this mater with master trainer she called our dc sanchaita chopra (the most bias, cunning, manipulative and rude lady I have ever work with) instead of understanding our query and to resolve it she said its a technical glitch (which is not been yet solved) and threaten us about placement and left us all with fear. Any how I completed my course and the interview day came, the interview was with sanchaita chopra. Online teaching is little difficult for me as I take little time to adapt new things so my demo was not that good but thats ok when interview conduct she told that I dont have good command over language (which was informed by me before enrollment) she told me to give only 10% of my time to real school, that means she gave me hint that I will get placement but I will not get students to teach because she did not find me suitable for it. Their counselors give you all fake promises to complete their target nothing else and company also support them in their scam. They also do not inform you about the process of getting student's enrollment, so any how I manage to get 1 student enrollment. There is a whats app group of sanchaita where trainers have to fight to get student, I guess she loves it. Her mantra for that group is "first come first serve" which she doesnt follow. Twice it happened that student enrollment came I claimed for it but she gave it to someone else. There are trainers who put up their counselor's fraud in front of sanchaita instead of look into this serious matter she calledm it as a negativity and also told them "you all should have brain before falling into the counselor's sugary talks" this was her answer for our concern, "so clever". They dont have proper staff also to guide us if we stuck somewhere. They will just push you from one department to other to get the solution but still you dont get. I experience this when my attendance problem happened. Right from sanchaita to technical department or other departments were unable to solve my problem.
Ufaber charge 500/- per student for half an hour and they pay only 75/- to their trainers per student and of course remaining money in their pocket. They have only half an hour class so this is another fake promise by counselor for class timing as she told it will be for 1 hour. When trainers get frustrated and put up the concern, after that they will tell you the procedure how to get student enrollment but that to not in details they left us to find our own way. I didn't get any student after that for at-least 1 month and my emi is going from my pocket only so I decided to leave the organisation.
I lost my hard earned money (rs.25000/-) in their scam / fraud. I will request each and everyone please don't fall into their trap they are the fraud people. They will be good with you till the time you make payment but once you enroll they treat you like servant. There are many trainers who are facing the same but cant open up because of their stuck money.
I have filed this complain to get me refund of my paid money as it is not at all the same what my counselor promised me at the time of enrollment. Kindly look into this matter and help me to get it solved.

Desired outcome: Please help me out to get my refund as whatever counselor told me at the time of enrollment was all lie. it is my hard earned money please please help me out to get refund.

What is happy about this new year, you people are cheating and took upfront payments for my kid and only half of the classes are completed and I am following up since 7 months to arrange for a teacher to complete his robotics and computer programming classes which is due since long and you people are just wasting our time by bouncing back and forth with different coordinators with no help in resuming my kids classes. This is a real fraud instead of real school and i advice parents to be wary about this fraudulent firm cheating parents. And so many coordinators and teachers have changed, it is difficult to keeping contacting different people every time with same issue we are having with no one giving any positive assurances of resuming my kids classes. They have now totally stopped responding to us. 100% fraud company and not even refunding our money paid for classes and kits.
