Uber Ride review: Charged for a ride I didn't call about or receive

on February 1 2022 I was charged 25.97 for a ride I never ordered nor did my family or friends as they don't have my bank info I tried calling every phone number I could for uber to discuss this issue and the phone number tells you to go to their web site to address issues I tried that as well and nothing, I did get ahold of of uber on face book and asked for them to call me on this issue I was informed that only certain areas had phones to do that I then informed them about this issue and was told they would email me about this issue and try to solve this issue with in 72 hours someone from uber did messaged me asked every thing I told the person on Facebook uber and told them what happened and not heard back from them sense I like this resolved
