On June 12, 2021 a charge to the credit card listed on my account in the amount of $64.40 USD was processed without my authorization. On June 12, 2021 a charge to the credit card listed on my account in the amount of $81.87 CAD was processed without my authorization.
I have done everything possible to correct this and both Amazon and Twitch, a linked company with Amazon, refuse to refund the money. My credit card statement shows the amounts being paid yet Amazon states that there is no payment for either amount noted on a listed credit card on my account. This is a false statement. I have proof of the transaction for $64.40 being processed through my activity page on the credit card noted. The $81.87 CAD is not listed on my activity page however proof of its payment to Amazon through Amazon pay is shown on my statement.
I have already sent more than enough proof to you however I will send a few attachments with this complaint.
This is tantamount to fraud and is not being acknowledged by your company as such. Two charges for the exact same thing in the exact same amounts (different foreign currencies) on my account, neither of them authorized my me.
