I Have been charged a total of £93 by Twistbox games through my vodafone phone bill. They have charged me for £3 worth of "purchases" every day in January 2011.

I have not once purchased or subscribed to this company. I have been trying to contact the company for a few weeks and have recieved no response. The number on the website is incorrect as they have moved offices and the new company that is based there has no forwarding details. Apart from a telephone number [protected]. However after 3 rings it diverts to an answer phone message. I have left numerous messages and have had no response. I have emailed both the Help email and info email- nothing back.

I have reported this problem to Vodafone, trading standards and [redacted]s already. I will be taking legal action to get my money back.

I have seen this SCAM has also be noted in America and I don't believe that Twistbox games have rectified the problem.

I cannot find a new address for them anywhere, so if anybody has any info on this please do comment.

Be warned.They are scam artists.

Twistbox have now contacted me, they have been very helpful and have given me all the information I need.

they will always get back to you with an answer and will do their very best to help.

I had the same problem with Twistbox. They have charged me £600 through Vodaphone! Very coincidental, would not be supprised that they have some deal going on between the two companies. Vodaphone did pay back some of the money, but Twistbox have paid nothing back, and still charging my son's phone. We have now had to change my son's number. He received no game texts for the last few months.
I also will be taking legal action to get money back and the inconvenience 0f having to change numbers
