Turner Diesel Performance / Napa Car Care Center & Turner Towing LLC review: Excessive credit card charges/ unethical business practices/ bait and switch

5/2/2022 My bosses truck needed a turbo installed. Company came recommended in the Cleveland Area. We are from Las Vegas. Company stated they have their own tow truck. Arranged the tow but their truck broke down. 5/3/2022 same no tow. 5/4/2022 called outside company to tow to yard. 19 miles tow was 75.00/ charged 375.00 5/4/2022 signed estimate for new turbo B-d Reman compl with actuator. Over night 62.00 for 5/9/2022. Serv. Writer stated would be done 5/9/ and on estimate wrote til noon on 5/10. On 5/9/ wrong turbo. Re ordered for 5/10. Right turbo/wrong actuator/ Re ordered for 5/11. 5/11 arrived correct turbo/ no actuator. 5/11 ordered actuator for 5/12. 5/12 have turbo with actuator. Turbo quoted in price only comes with actuator mounted already. Now who made the turbo. Service writer reused to say except it has a 12 mo. 60,000 mile warranty and it's registered. To who? Still do not know. Been inquiring since truck arrived to obtain codes from computer. Never got codes either. Original estimate including tow was 4,220.78. Had to rent a truck for add'l 2 days cost 188.33. Final Bill 5,862.65! Had to pay bill, already 2 days late and had to be in St. Louis for a show in 8hrs. Did not make it. Needed to pick up at fed ex for the show. Closed. Load in for the show 11 p.m. deadline. Didn't make it. Special provisions next morning load in allowed 11 a.m. until 1:30p.m. loaded 60% into show out of time. Had to use excessive speed with trailer to get to St. Louis. Nightmare!
