My order with T&T Supermarket delivered on Dec 11, 2022 at 3:12pm, the shopper is Tracy from T&T:
I ordered a "5-lb bag" of Fuji apple online, charged and paid via visa online, $5.31 for the bag of apple on my order but was delivered only 1 SINGLE APPLE instead of one 5-lb bag of apple.
Would like:
1) An apology
2) Either refund me the difference of the cost of 1 apple and a 5lb bag of apple or deliver a 5-lb bag of Fuji apple owing to me
Desired outcome: An apology and a refund of the cost
