I would like to be assisted with my electricity account being overcharged due to estimations done by Tshwane municipality data captures in February 2023. The meter box has been tampered and meter readings captured even when I already submitted my meter readings via their application. The application itself does not cater to upload the picture/s of the meter readings. They claim that they took the pictures, but those pictures are nowhere to be shown as proof.
Unfortunately, the phone that I took the pictures with, was lost in an accident. The attached readings are nearly the same as the ones that I captured on the 10th Feb 2023.
Desired outcome: Please assist to reverse the meter readings on the meter box (stop tempering with the meter box and cancel the remain balance overcharged) of 6K as I have already paid R1500.
