tserverhq.com bad, bad, bad, bad, and bad

Very bad customer support, no answer for days.
30 day money back guarantee is in best hand strange, I think I will not see that money back...was using their service less than two days.

Will quote just this part from my ticket support:

Below is some of the math involved in your refund.

As I process your refund the following deductions are required to be subtracted from the amount according to your Terms of Service agreement.
$1.30 USD ($1.00 USD + 7%) service fee.
$0.29 USD for the amount of time you used the server.
$5.00 USD for 5 ticket responses provided to you during this billing period (I have excluded responses related to this refund as a favor to you.)

$6.59 USD total will be subtracted from the original invoiced amount.

For these deductions I only have the power to remove one thing and that is the ticket responses. This means We won't be paid for the work in helping you, but it does mean more money in your pocket. :) The new amount for the total that will come out of the refund is: $1.59

The amount total that should be returned to you is: $2.70

They are cheap, but when you purchase there something you will feel why they are cheap, trust me.

AGREED - DON'T PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY

I have been a customer of TserverHQ for several years. They have always been terrible with customer service but the services itself were always good.

HOWEVER, I stopped using their service for a year or so, upon starting again a few weeks ago by ordering 3 domains, web hosting and other services I've had absolutely no contact from the company. They have not set up my services, responded to any tickets or responded to paypal resolution communications.

I emailed customer support tonite to ask for a cancelation due to the service never working. Did not ask for refund or anything else from the company simply stated I refused to do further business with a company who cannot deliver on there promises. there response...

If you were still having problems you could have always contacted us. (did that multiple times) Your service was delivered and working exactly as advertised. It is a VPS meaning you are responsible for its set up and configuration and if others couldn't connect it was probably an issue with your configuration and could have asked us for help but you didn't. Please don't try to paint this as we cheated you when you know that wasn't the case.

Wow and I did on more than one occasion. However I asked for nothing but a cancellation of services and you decided it was acceptable to be rude. This is very bad customer relations. the email that you sent will now be posted to online review forums where before I had simply wanted the service to be cancelled and not have to deal with your company again. Ever hear the saying "the customer is always right" you might wish to remember this in future correspondence.

You are right you did open other support tickets with us that we answered. (never corrected the issue however) You never told us you had additional issues. If you would have contacted us they would have ben solved. Again your service was delivered as advertised and if you want t post this message to online forums we would be more than happy with that as people will agree on our side. Fast accurate and helpful customer support messages; a service that has a 100% uptime since you purchased; and a service that worked exactly as advertised are all very attractive things that you just can't get at many providers these days.

Ok so since the service did not work from day one and there customer support was unable or unwilling to fix the issue i'm guessing the point of this message was to let us all know that there advertisement should say something to the effect of "bring your business to us. It won't work properly and we won't fix the issue but you get to put up with us being rude while we don't fix your issue"

Never deal with this company. The can't deliver proper service and then blame it on the customer.

I have just been the stupidest person ever! Bought a server and then read reviews! I am going the threaten them with law suits but I don't think they will care. The following is my invoice, its a load of bollocks!
