Trucking Mergers — FRAUD
This letter is to complain about service I recently received from a Ahern and Associates Limited salesperson/telemarketer/agent/ customer service representative named Keith Palmer.
I called Ahern and Associates Limited on April 22, 2011 to find out how to deal with a problem I’ve had with my company. After I had been on hold for several minutes, from the Vice President, Brian, the phone was picked up, and Keith came on the line. I had to explain my problem to him several times because he did not seem to be listening and therefore asked me the same questions repeatedly. Keith put me on hold for several minutes, and several times, and then returned to say he could not help me. Needless to say, I was quite frustrated.
I expected a much higher level of service from your Ahern and Associates Limited and I am quite disappointed. Because I did not want to spend any more time on this problem. I expressed my frustration to Keith, by telling him that I listed to his life story about how he is a music producer and is now 2nd to the Vice President. I was so upset that Keith, advised that Mr. Ahern, himself had stated that my company was too small, and if he didn't have enough revenue now, what made him think that my company or I could even pay for his services. Keith seemed understanding and told me to continue looking and that he would contact me later in the evening. Well I there was no phone call from Keith, or anyone else from Ahern and Associates Limited.
I am posting this to make others aware of the kind of service that Ahern and Associates Limited provides to many people like us the "baby boomers." I received his newsletter, and I am no longer interested in a man that does not want to help the "little" guys as he once quoted in his newsletter, and I wish Keith the best in his future. Please, Keith if you reading this call me when you open up your own consulting firm as you stated to me, I would be more than happy to work with you, if Mr. Ahern is as you said, and as I see on other complaints.
