Troylene Hall 647-347-1885 review: personal phone line

Good afternoon,
I called on May 22, 2019 to cancel my phone as I no longer needed the service, the agent I spoke with assured me my service would be cancelled the same day and I would get a confirmation email. No such thing happened I called again and spoke to Eunice and was told the loyalty team was closed I assured her I did not need to speak to a loyalty team as this was already done on my previous call, she told she would cancel my phone and send me an email again this was not done. I called a third time and was told by the agent that this would be done and they would send me an email. Today is May 29 and I am still looking for the cancellation email. I was charged from may 26-june 26 on my credit card this should not have happened as I am not on a contract. I need my money refunded because this is highway robbery. I had the intention to resign with this company but after reading all the complaints I will definitely not... Now I have to cancel my credit card because I don't want them charging my card anymore this is the worse company I have ever dealt with I am dealt with a few. The lies of the agent really is disgusting they tell you one thing and then laugh behind your back because they want to rob you of your hard earn dollars by dragging this thing out and keep charging your credit card. No Good would not recommend this company to anyone.
