Management shared personal information with co worker, members of the club. Management spoke with tones that were very unprofessional, rude and ment to be intemidating. Short tempered, quick to snap at myself and other co-workers.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
Agree 110%, i have lived here at St.james now for about a year, their staff can be just flat out rude! Also on several occasions at the marina restaurant Tommy Thompson, i would have a few drinks and at appetizer, then when i would get my check it would show 2-3 more drinks then i had and instead of an app its the most expensive entree on the menu, this has happened to me personally several time as wheel as many other i have spoken with, then when you bring it to the wait staff attention or bartender you have to fight tooth n nail to get the mistake fixed! One time the bartender tried to tell me i was wasted and that it don't remember what i ate or how many glasses of wine my wife and i had!
And on a other note they have security that drive around to protect our gated community witch is great, but what it not great is they think their cops and hid behind bushes with their little radar guns and try to get you speeding and when they get you the give you a "real st.james ticket" that if you don't pay the will and have put liens on peoples houses, i had a guy how had some out of town guess visiting him and the guest must have gotten pulled over on their way out to go back home and didn't really think much of it so never said anything, so when the home owner went to go sell his home 2-3 years later he couldn't until he paid the ticket because st.james put a $25 lien on his home for an unpaid ticket. THIS IS JUST UTERLY MAD! I have never in my life seen anything like this before but its happen quite a bit down here in st.james.
I also have one last story, a buddy of mine a younger guy has a full membership to all the clubs and so forth well one night he was at one of the club restaurant and this kid slapped his wife ###, so he turns around and pushes the guy, we the guy that got pushed didn't like that to much so he lunged at my buddy and almost got had to get into a fist fight with the kid to calm him down until one of the bartenders broke it up and told them all to leave since it was already 930 and thats when last call is (at all the clubs close at 10pm and stop serving food at 9pm) so my buddy and his wife leave, well 3 days later he gets a call that is is banded form all the clubs including golf, pools, tennis courts, restaurant, fitness centers, and so forth untill told otherwise because of his behavior the other night. My friend was like wow wow wow hold on a second your telling me this kid can slap my wifes ### and i can't protect her and not only that your banning me from all of the clubs and activities witch i pay almost 4k a month for. The GM said yes and hung up the phone, after hours and hours on the phone with corporate troon and a few months later the bann was lifed and he was able to return back to all the clubs...
Morale to all these stories is if i new what i know now i would have never have built my dream home her in st.james, you have the reserve part witch they think their better then everyone else and people have their nose so far up each other ### its crazy! You put your trash out to soon or don't take the cans in soon enough you get fine by the POA, walk your dog with out a lease, FINED!, go 5 MPH over their 20MPH speed limit FINED... and the list goes on and on its insane!
