Tripps Plus review: Scam, will not give me a refund

Hello, I have an issue I've been dealing with for over a month now and can seem to get anywhere with it so I thought you could help. Over a month ago I went on a presentation with my family with tripps plus , My husband, who is 65, elderly man, got pressured into buying a vacation discount club mebership for $4700, the very next day we tried cancelling it and they told us to send an email which we did, they didn't accept our request so the next day after that we went in person requesting a refund and they called the police on us, and told the police we just had to call the finance dept to get a refund,so we went back to our hotel and called the supposed "finance dept" and was told to send another email, so we sent another email, and no response after that. So we filed complaints with the Nevada state attorney general, the BBB, and the FTC, none have responded. We finally disputed it with our credit card but the company Tripps plus is pushing back on it and wont take off the charges. I finally called and sent them one more email asking for a refund and they wont budge, they keep offering me partial refunds and a cruise. I really dont know what to do, I have an autistic son and an elderly husband and can not handle anymore stress,plus I am recovering from having Covid. Plese help.
