Triple A Auto Club Member Services review: Towing service needed /nonverbal communication wait time excessive.

Sunday Oct.29,2023 11;00 a.m.-5:00 p.m. on us19 in Dixie County Florida, Brent Pangburn Sr needed a tow for 2 flat tires and waited from 11:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. without a call or update from Triple A and when finally, was able to get in contact with someone (which he tried many times calling and the calls continued dropping and was very difficult to connect with Triple A service). he was told his tow call was cancelled (of course this was without his knowledge) and then told someone would be there in an hour and arrived around 4 He was stranded without H2O, food and his medication which controls his Thyroid and anxiety which was due to take within the time waiting/stranded. This has happened within this year as well last year to other family members 2 of them being stranded for at least 4 hours same type of incidents.
