Though out my work history I have worked for some company’s that did not treat me well or for a manager that...Well should not be in that position. However, I remained with them because I could put up a lot. That however is not the case with my employment experience with Trident Security which not only has me seeking new employment but has left me feeling dehumanized after the company aloud accusations that directly attacked my character. When I made a attempt to complain they quickly attempted to make me into the bad guy. I assume it was easier for them to do that then addressing the harassment that I felt, coming from someone(s) within the Tempe office (Main office).
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
Bobby you seem to think that you should be able to do what ever you want because you were a combat vet. Did you just join to get privlages or do you really care about our country.
Trident SUCKS as security professionals they are the complete opposite of that! This isn't a veteran friendly company please stay away from this boot leg version of a security company! I am a combat veteran and was treated like a criminal by the site manager! Companies like this one make the real security professionals look horrible!
As a former trident employee i completely agree with you. The tempe office as a whole lacks proffesionalism, and dedication to their own workers. They intialy come off as a pro-officer establishment until a client complains about anything at all. You are then removed from a site and never put back into the system. This takes place with no investigation at any level to confirm or denie the events that supposedly have taken place. The tempe office has no real structured training in the positions they hold from their half ### human resource department to the moraly corrupt account managers. If you are looking for a proffesional honest security companey that has your best intrest in mind do not work for trident.
