I ordered a Halloween II pumpkin replica from Trick Or Treat Studios back in September. When I got it, it was damaged. I sent emails and got no response. So I posted to Facebook and got no reply. It pissed me off that they wouldnt respond, so I filed a complaint with PayPal. Paypal came back and told me I had to pay for return shipping . $10 when I had already paid $10 to have it shipped. So this was ###ed to me and I sent the BBB a letter about it. Bad business in my book.
Well, of course after the BBB gets involved, I get a reply on Facebook (still no calls or emails)...saying they had sent me 6 emails and for me to check my spam. I mean COME ON. I was at work, on an implementation call and I replied back to the guy via my phone. My phone did autocorrect and misspelled some words. I told him I had been a network engineer and to not insult my intelligence.
This is what the ###er, THE OWNER, of the company sent back to me. I have NEVER had a company respond to me this way and as someone who has provided customer service for over 20 years, I am appalled. I want this out there for the world to see what a ### this guy is.
"Funny it took me three weeks to respond here. Sorry, I have a life and a company and don't spend my time on Facebook and making claims on BBB over $32. I think you need to reexamine how you spend your time. My I suggest going outside to play, there is a real world out there.
I have every email that was sent to you. Go ahead and tell all your cyber friends about us and we'll be happy to show them every email that was sent to you with time stamps.
And as far as your credentials of being a network engineer with NY intelligence (whatever the hell that means), they should have taught you how to pick up a phone and call our office, that would have worked as well and this California Intelligence (whatever the hell that means) MBA, with a Law Degree from Stanford University would have told you want we told you in six emails, send the pumpkin back and we will give you a full refund including an additional $10 for return shipping.
Also, my network engineer with NY intelligence (whatever the hell that means) friend, do some benchmarking and you'll find that the majority of web site require you to send back the product before you get a refund, even Amazon, which I assume you know is the largest. Unfortunately our system doesn't allow us to send return label, hence why we told you that we would credit back an additional $10 for shipping.
Finally, Pay Pal also should have told you that we would refund you an additional $10 for shipping once the pumpkin arrived, which was in everyone of the emails we sent you and the response we provided to Pay Pal.
Oh, and can you please rewrite this sentence, "I've closes Noth complaints against you so just let it go". Your network engineer with NY intelligence (whatever the hell that means) background provided you with a writing style that makes no sense and I'm sorry, but I don't know what this means.
Best regards,
Chris"

Funny how you don't post the respond you sent me before this email was written. There are always two sides to a story, but I guess you don't want people to see the rude, threatening and aggressive emails you wrote me that led to this response. As I stated to you many time prior, start with a friendly tone before you write the threatening tone and maybe people will be more willing to help you out.
