In November I went into the Lowes store looking for trex deck boards and at that time I spoke to a Manager. He sold me two bundles for $200 each, which I purchased on my credit card along with a delivery fee. The next day I was informed that I could not get them delivered and that I had to get refunded because it was a stocked item. I feel this is not my fault and I should get them for what the price I was quoted. I called the store and spoke to the store manager several times and I felt he gave me the run around. I called once again and he told me that he could not sale them to me for that price. He did not offer me an apology or a discount for all the trouble I had. On the day of the delivery I had contractors waiting to put the deck together. I feel the if I was sold the boards at that price then I should get them at that price.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
why do people think if something is rung up inncorrectly it is thier right. you grt what you pay for people!
