This trip ended on January 3, 2015 and I promptly filed a claim. Every time I try to follow-up I am met with various time frames. Today you representative hung up on me. I didn't cancel this trip and took my injured grandson and altered one planned excursion instead. Today I received an email requesting information that you already have and I sent that email to the travel consultant. Perhaps he can get results. I can't express my displeasure with you company, I have used others and the one time I filed a claim it was pretty simple.
