On the 21 May 2021 I requested Pride in travel to cancel the card they they send to me on the 20 May 2021.
Only after they have send me a E card I notised that it was not Prokard.

Desired outcome: I wish to get my money back as promised on different occasionss
I had a similar experience except that I never got any card or vouchers from this company. The impression was created that they are part of Prokard or had links with Prokard.
Last year, 2020, I told the company that I am not interested in their services and I don't want any of their cards or specials or whatever. Today, 2 Nov 2021, an amount of R1 435 was deducted from my bank account -
without my consent!
I phoned the [protected] number and the lady promised to call me back - she needs to check the system.
Well, when I phoned the number again, this was the message "the extension you are calling is currently unreachable". ...
