Travel Agent "Travelup" review: Ticket for flight on Etihad airline.

My reservation PNR : TX3U2S. Etihad airline.

I booked a flight through Skyscanner, who I have trusted and bought tickets from many times, this time I bought the ticket through one of the Skyscanner agents "travelup",

Having got to the airline desk at Heathrow terminal 4, on time, flight was to schedule to leave at 9:30am. Having got there was told by the airline desk, that I needed vaccine card to board the plane, hence was refused entry. this information was not given to me by the said agent "travelup".

When I got back home I got in touch with "travelup" via phone call, [protected], the call was answered by a female who did not give me her name, and told me that she will get back to me in an hour. I waited for nearly 4 hours, then I called back. This time a male answered the phone and told me the female I spoke to was called "Charlie" and he is passing the phone to her, and but was put on hold, having waited for 20 minutes and no answer, I put the phone down and called again, but this time the call went straight to hold, and further two call were made with same result, going straight to hold.

This agent "travelup", who I believe, having been treated the way I was, that they are not reliable or trust worthy, and should not be included on Skyscanner. I hope you will take up this matter on behalf of a regular customer of Skyscanner.

I am willing to legal action against the people invoved.

PS. having sent them "travelup" emails with no reply.
