6:45 PM intersection of Broom and West Broadway. The lack of common sense by the traffic agent at the intersection is mind boggling. Traffic heading towards the tunnel from on Broom street is dead stop due the traffic agent preventing the traffic from moving due congestion. The congestion is from people making the right on to Broom street from Broadway. I understand that there is no sign for them to make turns however we should be taking the s so it allows for us to move. 2 wasted hours stuck in the middle of the lane because of lack of common sense. You need to have this job maybe very selective because these traffic cops are certainly not NYPD's finest.
there are traffic cops at e57 street and 2nd ave in new york you don't need them at 30, 000 dollars they are useless.i was crossing the street had the walk sign on and the dummy signals the truck to turn if i didn't see it it would have hit me.i told the traffic woman and she didn't care you are better off with nobody directing traffic save the 30, 000 dollars a year.
