I went to this website to have my Logo trademarked.
1st they charged me $179 for the package than told me that you will have to pay 4 classifications assigned by the attorney and made me pay $2000 after that they said that there is an infringement and we have to file everything in court other than that they auto charged my credit card again and again.
These guys do not sound like they are in the US they sound like Indians or pakis.
Please be aware of these scammers and don't pay them for anything and you can directly go to the uspto and get trademark done
They continue to message me and I can't find anything in this company lol
The new one they use is when you dispute the charges at your bank they send your signature and IP address and say you paid for a logo design and that you got the service. The bank then refuses the reversal and you eat the money. Trademark Gen and Trademark engine. Do not send any money. Report these sites.
They scammed me too won't give my money back
They did this to me too. I disputed becauae they never provided a reciept or trademark.
My bank called me like two months later saying that tradegen mark or flux or whoever said i asked for and wanted a website and shows my ip address and Visa purchase this website when i only asked for a trademark!
They spoofed my IP address! I didnt even know that was a thing.
Eventually i did get my trademark but probably paid way more than i needed to pay.These guys are crooks. i dropped the dispute not worth the energy 😪

this company sent me a letter with a requirement to conduct an attestation on my application. and asked for an extra $1,000. I contacted USPTO with a request to confirm that this requirement is valid. They told me that this is a scam and they never make such demands. The company I contacted is probably a scam. Don't mess with these crooks!
