On 21/04/2022 I flighed to egypt to begin a new opportunity with aiesec Ain shams, Egypt
Unfortunately, your service has not performed well .
I am disappointed because at first I applied in a marketing opportunity but than when I arrived to cairo I found that the job description is totally different I asked AIESEC Ain shams to interfer and find me a solution but they did not solve the problem and asked me to create another email and apply in the same company but with different oportunity wich is Sales representative and if I refuse the company will dismiss me.
in 05/07/2022 the owner of the company asked me to join another marketing agency because they have no marketing department and on top of that we dont have a lot of work in sales department because there were no leads or data to call clients , I stayed 20 days at home and they did not pay me the amount mentionned in the contract.
in 30/08/2022 the manager of the company (track academy) decided to dismiss me instantly without any warning , or any previous emails and they asked me to leave the company in 31/08/2022. the reason was they need to renew all the sales team to revive the comapny but he refused to note this on the email and they asked me to send an email that it was me who decided to leave the company but I refused.
the period of the contract is 1 year and I only spent 4 months .
now Iam in cairo, and I am in a very critical financial situation I dont even have the money to pay for my flight ticket.
- AIESEC tunisia want me to pay extra money to apply in another opportunity
- AIESEC Egypt said that we have nothing to do in this case
- since my arrival no one accompany or show us how to renew the visa in egypt, Iam handling everything by myself.
so now Iam asking for a refund worth 900 dollars I spent on my money to live, to eat, transport ..
look forward to gour reply and a resolution to my problem
