I have been on the safelink/tracfone program since its inception (10 years) and had opted for the 125 free rollover minutes every month, as I used the minutes up (I called my grandmother, father, sister, and my daughter) bought cards and received bonus mins. And sometimes double mins., eventually my service end date was ten years away. (that was 2010) anyway, my minutes that I paid for were taken from me because of some new policy (i. E if you had minutes263 mins., they were taken away) stating that there is no more "rollover" min and if you didn't use the mins.in three months, they were forfeited! You're being forced to go out and spend money I was out of my minutes and every time I called to speak to someone about it I was made to feel like I was lying even though my
Information was right there in front of them on the computer screen. I was treated very rudely, was spoken to sarcastically and in a condescending manner and tone! You I was transferred to another dept. And then heard a dial tone yes they hung up on me! I was also left on hold for 20 minutes and then cut off. It is disgusting how my minutes (over 6000 mins.!) was snatched from me and I was thrown some scraps (750) what the blank can I do with that!?!? I am pissed off about it and it is not only happening to me! They can't keep doing this to people!
