Not willing to refund broken, incomplete toys sold. Returned broken incomplete good on same day as purchase and was forced into taking a different product, I did not want - otherwise I had to wait a couple of days for them to do a eft in my bank account - without any assurance that I will in fact be refunded - also after I bought it cash and the money I spent was still in the till, as it was the same day. Terrible service and really no copncern that they sell broken goods. They don't care about consumer rights.
You should really try and get out, maybe travel a bit, and get to know what "nice" stores are. Kind of strange that you are giving the exact response as ToyZone themselves did - I suppose seeing that there were no customers in the shop when I returned the trash it could only be that you actually work there?
Any country has standards of quality that a retailer has to obey and in that way we as consumers get protected from buying low quality B grade goods. Now the Toy Zone I do not believe lives up to that standard. It is very common sense that anywhere in the world if a store sells broken poor quality goods a consumer has the right to take it back on the same day for a full cash refund.
Now I don't allow my child to play with trash and I will never do so, but anyone that wants to buy junk for their children indeed does have the right to do so, so where you shop and who you support is in fact your choice. Funny how they sell trash, yet I am the racist? Does it not make them, racist as well as sexist selling damaged good to me? I have said it before and will do so again: They are lying cheating thieves with no business ethics. - now if that makes me a racist then so be it.
I think that the stand of quality should be so much higher seeing that in fact it is a KIDS store, yet they don't mind selling trash to KIDS.
Rather than wasting your time making absurd comments, search the web - there are plenty of bad reviews of your "nice" shop. I will never support them, and know many other who won't either. If only 1 person get saved from the same very unpleasant shopping experience I had, it will be enough.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
They will not honor their extended warranty if it includes the need to open up the motor. ###! My motor vibrates above 11mph. 10 mph or less it is fine and runs smooth. This is a SunL/Aim-Ex 110cc ATV. I bet it is something stupid like a bad roller, or a stretched belt on the CVT. They sold me that extra warranty for $150, and then told me the condition was unrepairable. The next step was for them to offer me $200 towards another machine and take the $700 110cc one back. They are a bunch of con artist, liars, and love to break promises.

They also now have a second location in Phoenix, so call the main number to make sure that you don't end up there is you are looking for a product.
Every consumer has a right to shop wherever they choose and as such there are terms and conditions attached to such purchases. Most retailers in SA do not give cash as there is a security risk associated with this. There are retailers that will not give you a refund nor will they allow you to swop for another item, you have to take the exact same item.
Further to this, this consumer was very vulgar in a KIDS toy store and she was very racist in her comments which was very unnecessary. This type of consumer should not be allowed to behave in such a manner.
Toy Zone is a nice store and i will continue to support it.
