Total Sports Garden Route Mall review: Faulty defective goods

Friday 8 April 2022 at 4:50 pm. I walked into the store told the consultant what my problem was. The store manager was called and a quality assessment of the product was done in the store. The store the consultant determined misuse I asked if they have a quality department that checks their products and they said no. My money is just as valued as the next person that walks into your store. I work hard for what I want and knows how to look after my stuff. I have never been so humiliated as everything is being looked at, at face value not taking into consideration there may be a factort fault. I am disappointed at the fact that an sales consultend has the audacity to tell me what is on their mind and how I used the product.

When you are selling a product remember your policies and everything that goes with it. no one walks into a store buying a pair of shoes expecting it to last less than a month. I do not wish to do further business at that store and would not recommend it to anyone..
