Total rewards Las Vegas review: Horrible service and rooms 1

Total rewards used to be park place connection and it was great at giving comps and such, Recently I recieved complimentary rooms from them but they were at the worst most possible hotels, One was the Imperial pallace where our slideing door was broken so people were comeing to the room and stealing things because outside is the pool area where the drunks go after hours, And then this second time they gave me a room at the flamingo las vegas where they charged me for the last night as a suprise when they said they comped the 3 nights, If im in town once or twice a month with the volume of rooms there are in vegas I should get a free room because rooms and hotels are soooo easy to find in las vegas, Seriously you cant use me sitting and giveing your resturaunts buisness for 3 days? or your bars? your giftshops? possibly playing on your machines? I will take my buisness where I am pampered to come back, Rooms should be comped for the CALIFORNIA market because we live 3 hours away and can come anytime, as long as we prove to come in and play! And the california market should also be guaranteed an upgrade almost always because they are more likely to come down for the weekend, keep the locals happy so they bring you their money, If you want the customers then give them what they want first!
