Tori Burch review: Zip tote canvas bag:

On July 10th, I purchased a canvas tote bag at Jersey Gardens Mall in the Tori Burch Outlet store. After only using the bag twice, it became stained with mere water marks. Although I had a receipt, the store manager did not accept a return or provide store credit. She described this as "wear and tear" and suggested I use a toothbrush with soap to clean the stains. Company policy only accepts tears on the leather or zipper of the bag. Consumers should be advised and encouraged to purchase a cleaning solution. This bag was not cheap and Tori Burch did not deliver its quality!
