Toplead.io posing as "LMS leads" review: Lead generation

They told us they would get us leads through cold calling prospective customers.

And they would prove it through an audio recording per the contract terms agreement. They never provided a recording and also we found out through reverse google searching that they were just selling us recycled leads. The company violated the contracts and also sold us leads that weren't contacted.

Say they cold call CEO's for a b2b company as their client. They will sell the CEO's contact information to the B2B company for $350 dollars. The B2B company thinks the CEO was interested to talk about its product and services. What the B2B company find out later is the CEO was never called.

Top lead just resells basic contact info to companies. And guess what? they violate their contract. When they first sign you up as a client. Their biggest selling point is they will provide an audio recording of the cold call to prove that they did infact call the client. They never provide the recordings. They just charge your credit card like crazy until you question them about the situation. Then they ghost you.

This company has poor ethics. Its one of those scam companies that figured out a gray area in the loop hole for merchant claims. I tried filing a dispute with my credit card company but I lost because in the end they said "Well they still provided a service". Like what? this wasn't a service. They are misleading and scamming people by selling them contact information you can google online. People are thinking Toplead is calling to get your company potential customers. Thats far from the truth.
