"TOPAUL TECHNOLOGY LTD" ARE A BUNCH OF CROOKS BUYERS STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY BASED IN CHINA, THEY WILL SEND YOU DEFECTIVE EQUIPMENT/ELECTRONICS AND WONT REFUND YOUR MONEY, THEY WILL LIE TILL THERES NO TOMORROW, BOTTOM LINE IS THIS WANNA LOOSE YOUR MONEY? THEN BUY FROM THEM.
I have Been doing business with Michael at Topaul for almost a year now and they are NOT crooks. This is an honest and very reliable supplier. So reliable in fact that Topaul is now my ONLY supplier from China for a wide range of products which have always been top rate. I am based in Australia and have never had any issues with shipping costs or returns or anything for that matter. Michael has never let me down.
LDL, I'm not sure exactly what your issue or reasons are, but Topaul are not crooks. If they were I would have lost thousands by now. Instead I have MADE thousands. And THAT is the bottom line.

I'm so surpried you Slander our company as "A BUNCH OF CROOKS". Actually, we are the serious suppliers in china, I know clearly about your problem:
you take a MID from our aliexpress store, and when you receive it, you told us there is some problem with it, we thought maybe it been damaged in transit. so we agree you return it to us and return all of your money to you. But when we got it, we have asked our engineer check it the whole day, it work well, not have any problem with it. So in this situation, we can't return all of your money to you, we have discuss return MID money to you and ask you pay the freight cost from china to USA, but you refused and put this issue to the aliexpress to solve it.
I think business is built on the basis of fair. If it is our responsibility, we will be in charge of it, no matter how much we will pay for it. But if it is not our responsibility, I'm afraid we can't in charge of it.
I don't know why you told us there is many problem with our MID, but we asked our engineer to check it the whole day, not find any problem with it, it work very well. Maybe there is some misunderstanding, but I hope you can pay more attention your words and action, because we are the serious supplier in china, not "A BUNCH OF CROOKS" as you mention.
