Top Rated Moving Van Lines review: Furniture moving company

We hired Southern Guarantee to make our furniture move from Duxbury, MA to Vero Beach, FL. Our move was hired to Top Rated Moving Van Lines. When the mover came to our house, he stated and in our yard smoked marijuana, became delinquent with his language after he asked my husband to double the price of the move after everything was packed. The mover stated that he would sabotage our furniture and ensure all of our items were damaged. I spoke to Doris at Top Rated Moving Van Lines and informed her of what had transpired. She assured me that our furniture would be locked up and that her employee would not have access to the furniture. After alot of other issues with the delivery, we received our furniture and all major items were broken and demolished. Our living room leather Sofa and leather Ottoman Chairs were slashed with knives. A sideboard that was painted that I purchased while living in Hong Kong was damaged, several TVs were broken into pieces, the list goes on and on. I have reached out to Southern Guarantee and they have not done anything to resolve. We went through the Anthem Claim process and they offered a total of $460.20. I understand there are possibilities for accidents but we are now having to replace a full living room, multiple chairs, TV's, mirrors etc...
