I bought a jacket from the Tommy Hilfiger SA online website on the 19th May 2023. Upon purchasing, as a first time buyer, I qualified for a 5% discount but it was ultimately not deducted from my total payment. I contacted the store on their email address [protected]@tobeno1. I didn't get a response. I later received an email that my parcel was sent out, with tracking number. I tried to call track the parcel but wasn't successful. I am contacted them yet another time, no response still. I ultimately got that the tracking number is linked to DHL, I tracked the parcel and it redirected me to a different person in a different location. 2 months later, I still haven't received my parcel
