Toledo Ohio. AcceptanceNow Value City Furniture review: The store manager— India

This is my second account with AcceptanceNow. I paid off the first account. Even though the Manager (India) would be very rude when calling a day before to say I was late on making a payment. I contacted the District Manager to make a complaint. No one returned my numerous phone calls.
Now I have a second open account with AcceptanceNow before I could make my first payment. India the store manager began to harass me continuously. I contacted District Maganger again no help to the problem being resolved. AcceptanceNow did an unauthorized transaction on my account. They used my card information from my first account to get payment for the open account inwhich that card is not on this second account. So this is information that was not authorized. The numerous phone calls she would call from her personal phone number from a Private number. Message on Facebook. I feel that is harassment on her part…And I would like something done. I have stopped making payment because of her unprofessional behavior. I will be contacting the Attorney General and My Lawyer..
