I have been ordering from tobaccocapital.com for quite a while and have only good things to say about them for the most part. They do ship quick and orders arrive quickly. However...
I really do not like the fact that you have to pay by debit card. I would prefer to use a credit card. I am not sure if this is possible or not but it would be nice to get this implemented.
So tobaccocapital.com if you are reading this can you please implement credit cards into your payment options that would be great

I suggest everyone contact Kentucky AG. I did and it is being referred to bureau of Alcohol tobacco and firearms any luck with class action
The same person just opened a website stogieexpress.com. You have to pay through google pay. Same exact website as cigoutfitters.com and tobaccocapital.com. Whois website says it is the same owners. Google pay is still allowing this thief to steal people's money using google pay. I cannot believe no one has caught this creep yet. DO NOT BUY FROM STOGIEEXPRESS.COM. SCAM WEBSITE. I urge everyone to use the contact form on his website and give him a piece of your mind.
