Dear Sir/Madam,

I am writing to cancel my Time Share at Westgate Resorts in Las Vegas, Nevada, 3000 Paradise Road Las Vegas, NV 89109. My Time Share Account Number is [protected]. I was informed that I should have received a communication from the Time Share Owners around [protected] to choose to be rid of my Time Share or electing to continue with my Time Share. Unfortunately, I never received this notification, and I would have opted to discontinue my Time Share.

I am an Air Force Veteran. My father-in-law, a retired First Sergeant, served in the Army for over 28 years. He served three tours in Vietnam and served in the Desert Storm War. I want this situation to be resolved in a timely and appropriate manner instead of having to appeal to the Westgate Resorts Time Share Owner CEO, President, and other Board Members, the Nevada Governing Entity for Property and Time Shares regarding exercising NRS 119A-410 under the Nevada Real Estate Time-Share Act, and the Department of Business and Professional Regulation for the Las Vegas Nevada region as this is where the Time Share Meeting was initially conducted.

I would also like to not reach out to my State Governor of Arizona, where I currently reside, about this hardship and the issues resolving this problem; likewise, my husband will also reach out to the State Governor for Arizona where we live, in addition to any assistance we can obtain from the Veteran's Affair. This Time Share was purchased originally by my husband and me on April 14, 2018. The following bullet points are the issues we have with their purchase and my continued ownership for this Time Share.

• Information not truthful
• I was promised this "foreclosure property" would be easy to sell if needed and that the Westgate Resort Team would assist.
• If no reservations were made for the year, the Westgate Resort team would assist with 'listing/renting' out the property to ensure there was no loss of money from being unable to occupy the Time Share.
• Informed that we would have assistance at any time from their 'dedicated contact person' to book cruises, flights, and other vacation spots.
• Informed that if no decision was made on the spot, that the 'deal' would expire.
• This is a real estate investment.
• A Family Legacy.
• Trade-in your Week for another week- so simple, the Westgate Resort team will assist you.
• If we financed through them, they would reach out to any company for a Lower Interest Rate.
• Can transfer the Time Share- if a quitclaim deed is completed, the original purchaser is no longer on the hook for the Time Share if the new owner stops paying.
• We are ensuring that getting out the contract is a simple process.
• My husband and I were never informed of the rescission or cancellation period.
• My husband and I were pressured to purchase by the sales team using high-pressure sales techniques, not allowing for an average amount of time for my husband and me to process and reach a decision without influence.
• Annual Fees are Routinely increasing, causing financial burden due to being unable to budget with unpredictable changes and increases.
• Outright exaggeration and lies to ensure they paint the best picture.
• Not happy with the results and false promises of this Time Share and its Association
• Never received the formal notification allowing Time Share Owners to discontinue their Time Share or continue with their Time Share.
• Continuous pressure to upgrade Time Share at Westgate Resorts in Las Vegas, Nevada.
• We were misled about maintenance fees. There was no mention of maintenance fees during the lengthy presentation.
• We were misled about the financial impact this purchase would have on our children.
• Issues with Westgate Resorts Representatives- continue to get collections phone calls and letters from the timeshare company's collection department requesting payment despite informing Westgate Resorts we are working with Exit By Owner since 2020 to assist us in getting out of their Westgate Resorts Time Share.

I have sent notification letters to Equifax, Transunion, and Experian to inform them that I am embarking on this process, so they are aware of why my 2021 fees have not been paid yet. I have also collaborated with my husband, Thomas Leroy Roar Jr., on this matter to ensure accurate and truthful information is being reported and recorded regarding their nightmare experience with Westgate Resort Time Shares in Las Vegas, Nevada.

Again, I am requesting that you honor my desire to receive an Official Cancellation of my Time Share Property.
