Tim Rangel Southey’s Santa Rosa, CA review: Real estate agent

This is a cautionary tale for those choosing to hire Tim Rangel as a Realtor in Santa Rosa Ca. Previously, Tim Rangel Realtor worked for W Real Estate in Santa Rosa before he transferred to Southeby’s Realty. Tim was not honest in his representations and has refused to pay back the funds owed to us. He represented us as a buyer annd ans a Seller and Tim Rangel made promises that were not upheld. He owes us a lot of money, won’t return phone calls and is ignoring his responsibility. He owes us over $100,000. Instead of paying us back, he went and bought a house with Al the funds he owed us.

He is dishonest and unfair.
